A total number of 19,268 domestic abuse cases were reported from the year 2020 to 2022 in Malaysia.






About 23% of these women who are subject to abuse are trapped in a cycle due to a set of manipulative tactics disguised as affection to silence their abused partners.







More than often it is projected through extravagant gifts like jewellery, foot wears, garments etc. from their abusive partners.


It’s called Love Bombing.

So how can we shed light on this post abusive love bombing behaviour of the perpetrator towards the victim?


An idea to create awareness amongst the society, about the usage ​of manipulative tactics disguised as affection to silence the victim.

Aware

There 130,000 cases of domestic violence in Singapore and only 30% of them get reported and most of them get dismissed in court due to lack of evidence.


The key objective of this campaign was to create awareness among women, that they should speak up the very first time and put a halt to the cycle of abuse.

"BRAIN" Japan's biggest design magazine gave me an opportunity to contribute to their cover design.

As our needs are growing when it comes to shelter, more and more concrete jungles are replacing the natural ones. Eventually, making our lives as human beings better at the cost of theirs.


This campaign was one of my favourite, which took us almost half a year to craft it. The campaign was selected for a design magazine " CAUSE AND EFFECT - Visualizing sustainability


Shell

To launch Shell Advance across the region, we experimented with something which Shell had never done before.


A series of animated content videos to bring each product benefit to life. A tortoise was used to create a juxtapose in a world where fans are used to seeing cliche bike shots like every brand out there.

Hello Outdoors!

A topical campaign by Ford Ranger during the pandemic to give hope to Malaysian’s showing the freedom of being outdoors will be back soon. It’s not dead, it’s just grounded temporarily.

Petronas

Titled ‘Rai,’ meaning to celebrate, the film honors the many significant things that have progressed Malaysia since independence. Set with the ’70s and ’80s as a backdrop, Rai is a love story at heart that showcases the remarkable journey of PETRONAS through the decades.


The interracial storyline follows Amir with his small-town innocence as he joins PETRONAS in the big city, his friendship with Maniam, and his infatuation with Ah Moi, amidst a fast-changing Malaysia.
